Private deployment is supported. Agree on servers, access, permissions, model services and backups during delivery. Configured external AI services receive relevant requests; private hosting does not imply fully offline AI processing.
AI assists with analysis, writing and risk review; it does not replace business decisions, legal review or approvers. Web, mobile and WeChat capabilities differ. Restore procedures follow the delivery plan.

What is AIOA·LOOM?
An AI business workspace for small and medium businesses covering inquiries, bids, contracts, projects, approvals, finance and team coordination, with private deployment.
What changed since the previous brochure?
The page follows v1.8.46 release notes, adding inquiries, supplier collaboration, payment tracking and improvements to contracts, documents and due diligence. The earlier full brochure remains labeled v1.8.41.
How does payment tracking differ from a receivables ledger?
Payment tracking records invoice delivery, allocated transactions and handling progress. The ledger summarizes receivables and reconciliation from an accounting perspective.
Does AI approve business actions automatically?
No automatic AI approval is promised. The assistant supports permission-scoped queries and analysis; authorized people approve, adopt quotations and confirm actions.
Are external services still needed?
It depends on configuration. External models, business data and email services require their respective providers. Hardware, model usage and service scope are agreed during delivery.
Can I use a phone or WeChat?
Supported entry points are available, but they do not offer identical capabilities. The web workspace supports the full business interface; confirm mobile scope for the delivered version.
How is deployment and licensing agreed?
