The mobile app for AIOA. Handle approvals, review work items, start leave, overtime, payment and invoice requests, query business data and check in from your phone. The app connects to your company's AIOA server. Use the AIOA web app for the complete workspace.
iPhone: install TestFlight from the App Store, then open the link above to install the test version. Updates are available in TestFlight.
Android: open the downloaded installer and allow installation from unknown sources. Return to this page for later releases and install over the current app. Contact your administrator if you have account or data questions.
First sign-in: open the AIOA web app on a computer, go to Personal Center and generate an access QR code, then scan it with the app. Treat the QR code like a password and do not share screenshots.
AIOAchat

An internal messaging tool for your company, with one-to-one and group chats, image and file sharing, Moments and one-to-one voice calls. Messages and calls are end-to-end encrypted; the server forwards ciphertext and cannot read the content. Registration requires an invitation code from your administrator.
iPhone and Mac: install TestFlight from the App Store, then open the link above. Install the test version through TestFlight. Your administrator provides your business account and invitation code. Tap Update in TestFlight for later releases.
Mac also has a DMG download: open it and drag AIOAchat to Applications. The DMG version updates itself and tells you when a new release is ready. If you downloaded the DMG before 23 October 2026, download it again from this page once.
Windows: extract the archive anywhere and double-click aioachat.exe. Later releases are announced in the app.
